Through AirBNB, book your desired dates for your number of guests (ignore the advertised price). We will then be able to send you a discounted rate in line with the below family and friends prices.

Family and friends prices

Non-peak rates:

$175/night/couple

$50/night for every additional person.

Kids under 12 go free

Peak rates*:

$495/night

*Peak rates apply only for the Easter long weekend period and the 2 weeks over Christmas to New Year.

Cleaning & Linen Fees:

Option 1) $70 BYO bed linen and towels (includes end of stay clean).

Option 2) $140 use the bed linen and towel provided at the house (includes end of stay clean). This may vary slightly depending on the number of guests staying.
